Ginger Juice
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium size head of ginger (approximately 2x3)
- 2 cup water
DIRECTIONS:
- If ginger is organic you don’t need to peel. Cut ginger in ½- 1 inch pieces.
- Place cut ginger in blender
- Add 2 cups of cold filtered water and puree on high for 1-2 minutes. Make sure all the ginger is broken down into small pieces.
- Using a mesh strainer, or cheesecloth to strain the ginger juice to remove all the pulp. You can save this for baking into muffins or just toss it.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a month or freeze into ice cubes.
- Use in wellness shots, smoothies, soups, tea, or coffee!
