Brazil Nut Mylk
Ingredients:
3 oz Brazil Nuts
3 oz Hemp Seeds
2 oz Unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup Raw honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
1 ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt (optional)
1 ½ teaspoon Vanilla (optional)
½ cup Irish/Sea Moss (optional-see recipe)
Instructions:
1- Soak Brazil Nuts overnight or 6-8 hours
2- Strain and rinse Brazil nuts then add them to blender 64 oz filtered water to blender
3- Blend for a couple of minutes until all the ingredients are broken down
4- Pour mixture into nut bag strainer and strain into large bowl until all the milk has come out
5- Remove the pulp from bag and either compost or save for other recipes
6- Pour milk back into the blender add sweetener and all other ingredients (Irish moss, vanilla, etc) of choice. Blend until well mixed
7- Pour milk into a storage container with an airtight lid. Will last for 3-5 days.
Yield 64 oz. You can easily half or double the recipe.
